We’ve proud to announce that we’ve been named one of the UK’s top franchise opportunities!
From hundreds of entries across every sector, Premier Education ranked 62nd overall in the prestigious Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100).
The EF100, established in 2017 in association with HSBC, is the franchising list to watch. It recognises the sector’s brightest businesses and ranks them according to a broad range of criteria; from their financial performance and heritage to their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation.
For over 20 years we’ve been inspiring activity in primary schools nationwide thanks to our network of passionate franchisees.
We have a network of almost 50 franchisees who employ teams of coaches who work within partner schools and community venues to deliver curricular PE lessons, after-school clubs and holiday camps.
When the business was founded in 1999, our CEO and Founder, David Batch, had a dream to inspire a lifelong love of physical activity in four to 11-year-olds. Today, that mission continues, as we leave a lasting impact on a quarter-of-a-million individual children each year.
David Batch, CEO of Premier Education, is proud of the achievement: “We pride ourselves on our ‘best in class’ network of outstanding franchisees who share our passion for improving the health and wellbeing of young children.
“To be recognised for the strength of our franchise model is testament to the professionalism, dedication and expertise of our franchise network, particularly at a time when children’s mental and physical health are under the spotlight.”
Scott English, Brand Director of Elite Franchise, comments: “We feel that Premier Education has truly earned their place in the Elite Franchise Top 100 list.
“This definitive Top 100 ranking exemplifies the very best of franchisors in the UK. Each year, the ranking becomes more competitive, and this year has been no exception for our panel of industry-leading judges.”
The franchise industry contributes over £17billion to the UK economy and more than 700,000 people are employed in franchising across the country. Despite a difficult and ever-changing economic climate, the last 12 months has seen franchise brands like ours survive and thrive thanks to our robust infrastructure and proven business models.
