Our fast-paced Athletics sessions help develop some of the most important and fundamental movements a child can learn. For our younger athletes, it’s a great introduction to skills like running, jumping and throwing in a setting where everybody can learn and improve.

For the older children, we put on a mix of competitive and team-based activities, focusing on our own versions of the most popular events.

Often, our coaches will bring our athletics sessions to life by tying them in with an Olympic theme. This not only makes the whole thing that much more exciting but also leads to effortless learning about people and places around the world.
