At Premier Education, we provide fun, safe, and reliable childcare before and after school. Every session takes place on the school premises, with stimulating and creative activities which support the school ethos and deliver the highest standards of care.

Rounding off the school day!

A later pickup time for you, and an extra chance for fun with friends after school for your child. Our after-school childcare offers a flexible approach – meaning your children can choose to get active and raise their heart rate with one of our physical activities or use our relaxing areas to unwind and have a ‘pause point’ toconclude the school day.

Every session offers something for each child, whatever their interests. Our team uphold the school’s ethos and maintain a focus daily on children having choice and being in control of their own experiences.

Note – Each wraparound care experience is based on the principles set out, but activities on the day may differ due to the requests of the school and the facilities available to our teams.

Children are encouraged to take part in some physical activity as part of the club, helping them raise their heart rate, stay fit, release tension, and have some fun with their friends! These activities are inclusive – not just for sporty children – and aim to get children active through play. As part of this we aim to improve social skills,self-esteem, balance, co-ordination, and physical wellbeing.

Healthy snacks are typically available in most settings with some sites even offering an evening meal, but please to be sure to check as each site has different facilities available.

Bookings & Attendance – ONLINE ONLY

All bookings must be made online, to meet our Safeguarding and Insurance requirements. As a result, with effect from 6th January 2025, we will only accept children on our events who haven’t been booked online in exceptional circumstances and if there is sufficient evidence from the customer to confirm why the booking could not be made via this method. Our staff will now reserve the right to turn your child away from the setting if they are not on the register and no evidence of the booking can be seen on your account. Bookings can be made online up to 1.00pm on the day of the session, so this still provides the opportunity for customers to book due to any late changes to circumstances at home or at work. Should you need to make an emergency booking after 1pm then you must email [email protected] and these bookings will incur an additional 50% charge if accepted.

Government Tax Free Childcare or Childcare Voucher Payments

If you are a customer who pays by this method, your booking must be paid for within 30 days of the date of booking. We advise where possible for all customers to make payment for the total amount at the time of booking, so your account is always fully up to date. All unpaid bookings after this time will become overdue and you will be contacted by us to arrange payment no later than 7 days from the overdue payment date. Failure to pay for your booking after this time will result in a suspension being placed on your account until your overdue balance is paid for and applied by us. This will mean your child will not be able to use our services during this time. If you have any queries regarding payment by this method, then please contact us via [email protected]

Late Collection

In the event of a late collection please ensure you contact the setting directly on the setting telephone number to make our staff aware in advance. All late collections carry an initial £10 fee which will be charged for the first 15 minutes that elapse after the last collection time and a further £15 per 15 minutes after that. Please be aware that if any additional charges are passed onto us by the school due to costs of their own in these circumstances these will be passed onto the customer/s concerned directly to pay these as they will have been incurred due to the late collection.

Any notification received after this time could result in the refund or credit being declined.
